Mães de primeira viagem, aproveite este texto e confira algumas 7 dicas da Dra. Isabela Forni para tornar a maternidade um momento mais prazeroso e tranquilo.
Ser mãe pela primeira vez é uma grande e linda experiência e não existe nenhum livro ou leitura que irá te preparar 100% para esse novo momento.
Mas algumas informações e dicas que são muito importantes e podem deixar esse momento mais prazeroso e tranquilo.
Confira algumas delas:

1) Leia, informe-se, mas não leve tudo ao pé da letra
Como pediatra sempre oriento as minhas famílias a lerem sobre a maternidade, sobre criação de filhos, o que é normal, o que não é normal, o que pode acontecer, etc… Mas sempre atento que após o nascimento do bebê temos que ter em mente que cada indivíduo é diferente do outro e que na prática as coisas podem ser bem diferentes. Tenha o foco sempre no seu filho, na personalidade dele, no jeito dele, assim as leituras te ajudarão a tomar as melhores decisões e a se sentir mais segura.

2) Tenha uma rede de apoio
Família e amigos são muito bem-vindos nessa fase. Nem tudo são flores no começo da maternidade: são noites mal dormidas, novos sentimentos, os hormônios a flor da pele, a rotina que de uma hora para outra vira de ponta cabeça. Portanto, não tenha vergonha de pedir ajuda, toda ajuda será bem-vinda! É nossa rede de apoio que nos dará força e nos ajudará a curtir essa fase da melhor forma possível.

3)Tenha um pediatra de confiança ao seu lado desde a gestação
Antes mesmo do bebê nascer marque uma consulta de pré-natal com o pediatra. Nessa consulta você poderá tirar todas as suas dúvidas desde a escolha do enxoval até os cuidados nos primeiros dias de vida do bebê. É muito importante que você faça vínculo com o pediatra desde o começo, ele será uma grande base de apoio para você e sua família.

4) A amamentação pode ser um pouco difícil no começo
A amamentação é um processo e nem sempre será fácil e indolor, mas com ajuda e apoio isso se tornará um grande momento de vínculo com o seu filho e ele será muito beneficiado com as vantagens do aleitamento materno. Procure saber sobre as técnicas correta de pega e posição, converse com seu pediatra ou procure uma consultora em amamentação para te ajudar, assim você pegará o jeito rapidinho e perceberá o quão único e maravilhoso é amamentar.

5) Bebês choram e nem sempre você conseguirá acalmá-lo:
Se existe uma verdade na maternidade é o fato que os bebês choram, e podem chorar muito, uma média de até três horas por dia. Não se desespere, aprenda a entender o choro do seu filho, vá excluindo possíveis causas: fome, fralda suja, sono, cólica… ou simplesmente inquietação. O nascimento é um momento importante tanto para a mãe quanto para o bebê e muitas vezes eles expressam isso por meio do choro, principalmente nos 3 primeiros meses, portanto fique calma, converse bastante com ele e ofereça muito amor.

6) Cuide da saúde do seu filho
Os bebês precisam de alguns cuidados específicos desde o nascimento, lembre-se de alguns importantes
– Testes de triagens para doenças: Teste do pezinho, Teste do Coraçãozinho, Teste do Olhinho, Teste da Linguinha e Teste da orelhinha – a maioria é realizada na maternidade, mas procure se informar e acompanhar os resultados.
– Vacinações: é de vital importância acompanhar certinho o calendário vacinal do seu filho, nos primeiros 6 meses principalmente existe um grande número de vacinas que o bebê deverá tomar, fique atento e não deixe o calendário atrasar.
– Consultas periódicas com o pediatra: para pesar, medir, acompanhar o desenvolvimento é muito importante agendar uma consulta entre o 8º ao 15º dia de vida e depois mensalmente até os 6 meses, espaçando um pouco o intervalo conforme eles crescerem.

7) Aproveite
Aproveite a maternidade o máximo que puder, o tempo voa e você sentirá saudade de cada fase conforme eles crescerem.
